In the second quarter of 2024, the carpooling and ridesharing apps have shown varied performance metrics. Data from Sensor Tower offers insights into downloads and weekly active users for these services.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a steady pace in downloads, starting at 14K in the first week of April and peaking at nearly 17K towards the end of June. The app's weekly active users saw a consistent increase, beginning the quarter with 273K and rising to 325K users.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a slight fluctuation in downloads, with a low of 10K in mid-April and a high of over 15K in early June. Weekly active users for Bolt showed a general uptrend, increasing from 161K to 187K over the quarter.

For Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver, downloads hovered around 2-3K throughout the quarter, with a peak at 3K in early June. The app's active user base remained relatively stable, with a slight uptick from 26K to 29K weekly active users.

inDrive. Save on city drives showed an anomaly with a sudden surge in downloads, jumping from a few hundred to nearly 5K in early May, before settling back down to the 400-500 range. Weekly active users reflected this surge, spiking to 5K and then gradually declining to 1.7K by the end of June.

Lastly, Cabify saw its downloads vary between 677 and 962 throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users experienced a steady growth from 4.9K to a peak of 5.6K, before slightly dropping to 5K users by the end of June.
